Workout Pass Network – an overview

Filed in: Uncategorized by admin on 07-27-10

So you’ve decided to start working out. Great! But what if you don’t want to join a gym? That’s perfectly normal and a lot of people decide to workout at home. Maybe you are pressed for time, maybe you want to save a little bit of money, or maybe you just don’t want others seeing you in your tights all sweaty and out of breath. Whatever the reason, working out from home is a great way to get in shape, loose some weight, and start feeling better about your looks.

But here’s the problem… The only exercises you are familiar with are those that you were forced to do in gym class at high school. You know about push ups, sit ups, chin ups, and you remember that jumping up and down will get you sweaty, but you feel that you need a different workout routine – something suitable to your current level of fitness (which is probably not very high) and something that will be as effective as possible. So where can you go to find the best possible workout, the easiest and most effective exercises that are described in such a way that even you, who are far from being a fitness expert, can do correctly?

You can start by joining the Workout Pass network. This is a network of 43 different sites, each dedicated to a specific workout group. You can find different workouts for male or female members, workouts for weight loss, workouts just for abs, or back, or agility, even workouts suitable for pregnant women. If you are already involved in some sort of sport, you will find a workout that will help you target the specific muscle groups, most important in that discipline. So there are workouts for basketball, baseball, swimming, different types of running, and even golf. The Workout Pass network was created by Ryan Lee and includes over 100,000 workouts, so I’m sure you’re going to be able to find something suitable to your needs.
